Requirements

To qualify for the Doctoral Fellow Membership of the Integrated Institute of Professional Management, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D., DBA, or equivalent) from a recognized institution, or
2. Have a minimum of 17 years management experience.
3. Demonstrate a track record of significant contributions to research, practice, or education in the field of management with at least 2 publications in the last 3 years.
4. Provide evidence of ongoing engagement in scholarly activities, such as publications, conference presentations, or research projects.
5. Submit a letter of recommendation from a senior academic or professional colleague attesting to the candidate’s qualifications and contributions to the field.
